Dr. Jessie J. Lundquist, PhD

Your child struggles. Then you give in, snap, or check out... even when you know better.

I'm Dr. Jessie, a clinical psychologist and mom. I'll help you notice your body's first signal, the tight chest or drop in the stomach, so you can stay warm, hold the boundary, and raise kids who don't turn on themselves to belong.

Growing up, some of us went quiet. Some of us got loud. Either way, we learned to turn on ourselves to belong. You can change that for your kids.

Learn why you lose your patience, why your child's behavior feels so triggering, and how noticing your body creates more choice, connection, and emotional availability.

You'll also learn about interoception: how you make sense of what's happening inside your body, and how it shapes your response.

With 25+ years with children and families, I blend neuroscience, attachment research, and somatic practice to help you show up in a way you can be proud of… especially when it's hard.
