IRIS Learning Model

IRIS Learning Model is an interdisciplinary learning model that complements formal education with the knowledge and capabilities children need for real life.

It connects what they already learn at school with critical thinking, decision-making, media and digital literacy, financial awareness, technology, practical life skills, culture, ecology, collaboration and emotional development.

Through realistic challenges, children learn not only to know, but to connect, evaluate and apply knowledge when there is no predefined answer.

Progress is followed through the IRIS Index - structured observation of how a child develops across key capabilities over time.

IRIS is designed to help children grow into independent, adaptable and well-rounded people, ready for a changing world.

Developed by Skynex Global in Belgrade, Serbia.
