Welcome to our YouTube channel. 

We are Davinia Ayala & Jamie Rayner - Yoga Alliance teachers with Indea Yoga (certified in 2014, in Mysore, India). 

We are Hatha yoga teachers, living in Essex, England who closely follow the teachings passed to us by our guru, Yogacharya Bharat Shetty, who has qualified more than 1500 teachers from 80 different countries.  

Bharat Shetty was for many years a disciple of BKS Iyengar (1918-2014) one of the most famous yoga teachers of recent time - who even has a style of yoga named after him.

Iyengar was taught yoga by the legendary Tirumalai Krishnamacharya (1888-1989) who was an Indian yoga teacher, ayurvedic healer and scholar. Krishnamacharya is seen as one of the most important gurus of modern yoga, and is often called "the father of modern yoga".
