Italian Cooking - UnScripted

“Why would we launch a YouTube channel?” SIMPLE – We’re tired of hearing about “the Vid”. We like to cook. We love to eat. AND we enjoy having our friends and family over. BUT since we can’t do this– we thought YOU’D join us on our channel. We hope you’ll have as much FUN watching it as we do making it for YOU. As you can see – quitting our day job is NOT an option!!

We know there are lots of great Italian cooks out there for you to follow. That's because there are so many great Italian dishes – done in so many ways. BUT if you’re like us and want to cook Italian “UnScripted” - connecting the spirit of tradition with HOW GOOD LIFE IS…then let’s spend some time together.

Traditional Italian cooking - inspired by MY MOM who cooked AMAZING every day with a PINCH, a DASH & a HANDFUL.
