J Dieselz | Wholistic Fitness & Purpose

Build strength. Move better. Live with purpose.

I’m Coach J Dieselz—a wholistic fitness coach, Marine veteran, father, and founder of SPZ 720 Fitness, rooted in the Gullah Geechee community of Freewoods, South Carolina.

Here, we train the body, sharpen the mind, and stay connected to our roots. I bring practical coaching and lived experience to help adults move with confidence and young athletes develop strength, skill, and discipline.

Expect:
• Strength, mobility, and functional fitness
• Youth basketball and flag football development
• Speed, agility, beach workouts, and conditioning
• Mindfulness, motivation, and honest reflection
• Fatherhood, culture, and community

From the weight room to the field, from stillness to movement—this is about building yourself and helping the next generation rise.
