Stefan Jasiniefta

Stefan Jasiniefta is a Polish lutenist, transcriber and composer specializing in the 13-course Baroque lute.

My work ranges from Renaissance and Baroque repertoire to original compositions and new transcriptions for the lute. I am interested not only in the instrument’s historical repertoire, but also in exploring what the Baroque lute can become as a modern solo instrument.

Here you will find performances, transcriptions, original music and recording projects.
