As a trauma therapist with 16+ years of experience, I specialise in working with people for whom traditional talk therapy hasn't been enough. 

My practice integrates:  

- Somatic (body-based) therapy 

- Creative arts therapy 

- Psychodrama. 

I  work with adults experiencing complex trauma, chronic pain, anxiety, dissociation, and relationship patterns rooted in early experiences. My approach is particularly effective for those who understand their trauma intellectually but still feel stuck in their bodies.
