This channel is my 🌹 Garden. It is to serve you and your needs in self growth, self love, self worth, spiritual awakening, spiritual curiosity about universal questions or simply listening to someone that has struggled and made it to other side.

In my videos, I will be giving you: my spirit, knowledge/wisdom, my story, my art, motivation, inspiration, advice, helpful tips, homework and so much more.

You’re learning from someone that has had more than one rock bottom and wants to help you prevent yourself from having a mental meltdown, build your cursorily, be a everyday up and always give you a plan. You can have control of your mind/life again, if do the work.

Come join me in helping your mind, body and spirit thrive!!
