Joshua Tomlin

Operating out of Tiptonville, Tennessee, Joshua Tomlin is a fiercely independent songwriter and producer whose sound exists at the collision of alt-pop, country hip-hop, and dark Americana. Releasing entirely under his own imprint, JFT Recordings, Tomlin maintains total end-to-end creative control over his catalog, from his raw, narrative-driven lyricism to his custom promotional artwork.
His prolific 2026 release run—featuring standout singles like "Burn My Name," "Halfway Honest," and "Not comfortable yet"—showcases a deeply grounded artistic vision. Tomlin’s songwriting strips away industry polish to explore the heavy responsibilities of everyday life, fractured relationships, and personal milestones. By fusing hard-hitting, modern production with the storytelling traditions of his West Tennessee roots, Tomlin delivers music that is emotionally raw, structurally complex, and unmistakably his own.
