Journey 2 Antoinette 

Hello beautiful people!

I am Antoinette (she/her) and have completed my 200hr Yoga Teacher Training.

I have been practicing yoga for almost 10 years now. I began my practice 10 months postpartum after having my first child. I wanted to feel at home in my body and found yoga. I taught myself different things as I followed along to yoga challenges on Instagram.

I wanted to become a teacher to share my love of yoga with others and show them they could very well practice in their body, as is, in their own unique way.

My goal for my channel is to share my journey, classes and things I enjoy as it pertains to body movement!

You might catch me hiking, hula hooping, dancing and more.

I am predominately on Instagram (Journey2Antoinette over there as well) and have slowly ventured to tiktok as well.
