Julia Selby | Self Revival Method

I'm Julia Selby, founder of the Self Revival Method, a proven pathway of self-leadership for women in midlife.

Here I explore Ikigai, finding purpose in midlife, core values, identity, self-leadership, psychological flexibility and Self-Determination Theory (SDT), and how these ideas can help us understand what has changed as we move through midlife.

The Self Revival Method brings together four evidence-informed areas:

Clarity – understanding your core values and where they may have shifted
Calling – exploring Ikigai, purpose, meaning and the roles you hold in life
Courage – using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) principles to turn insight into action
Competence – using Self-Determination Theory (SDT) to create change you can actually sustain

Expect practical ideas, personal reflections and conversations about midlife purpose, fulfilment, identity, Ikigai and personal development for women in midlife.

Something has shifted.

Be the woman you are now.
