Justin Inacio | Life as a Pro Lacrosse Player

I'm Justin Inacio, a professional lacrosse player for the Carolina Chaos (PLL), Calgary Roughnecks (NLL), and Team Canada.

I played five years at Ohio State, where I became the program's all-time leader in faceoff wins and ground balls.

This channel documents my journey through professional lacrosse and everything that comes with it. From training at Westside Barbell and preparing for the NLL and PLL seasons to overcoming injuries, coaching the next generation, and building a business in the sport I love.

You'll see the work behind the games, the challenges that come with chasing elite performance, and the lessons I've learned along the way.
