Before becoming a qualified coach, I had a successful corporate career. But probably like you, my social life revolved around alcohol. I was healthy, I exercised, and ate well. But I was also waking up with feelings of anxiety and remorse about what I said or did the night before. Was I an alcoholic? No. But I couldn’t imagine a life without alcohol.

After one too many hangovers, I sought professional help. The experience was so life changing that in 2018 I switched careers, became a sober coach and started the Just The Tonic coaching programme. Since then I’ve worked with hundreds of people to completely transform their relationship with alcohol and to live their best life.
