What many seem fine to settle with is painstakingly unsatisfactory to me..
too often “love” is snuffed out by shame and unhealthy expectation’s. 

I’m not bout it.
Nah.
That ain’t me

you don’t have to like it
you don’t have to “get me”…
but understanding, brings this ego i speak out of some peace.
yup.
we real deal healing, here... grab a seat. 



Something I've realized here in this body... 

we gain nothing, and lose everything we’d care enough about to wanna gain something for 
when we go at anything 
from anywhere 
other than our real time,
real deal,
messy, ugly
crazy, lovely 
shadow draping
miracle making  
inner knowing, outward glowing
connection to 
our hearts. 
Long as that sun keep shining…. 
people are proof,
that THINGS don't mean a damn thing;
& Real Love will always find it's way...
