Hi, I’m Katie Leikam, LCSW.

In this video I introduce myself, my therapy approach, and the clients I most often work with.

My practice focuses on supporting:
• ADHD and neurodivergent adults  
• Chronic illness and chronic pain  
• Transgender and gender-diverse clients  
• LGBTQ+ clients  
• People navigating burnout, overwhelm, and life transitions

My approach to therapy draws from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, mindfulness, and self-compassion practices. I aim to create a supportive, collaborative space where clients can explore their experiences and develop tools that actually work for their lives.

I am WPATH SOC8 trained and provide gender-affirming care.
