Kay | The First to Heal

✨ Welcome to my channel ✨
I’m a generational curse breaker a South Asian woman healing cycles, breaking patterns and stepping into the version of myself I was never “supposed” to become.

Here, I share my journey of:
🌿 Spirituality and inner healing
🧠 Critical thinking and beyond
✨ Faith, religion and reclaiming your own path
👸🏽 Becoming everything the world said I couldn’t be

This channel is for anyone who’s healing their lineage, rewriting their story and finally choosing themselves.
If you’re a black sheep, a cycle breaker, a truth seeker, you’re home🫶🏼

Subscribe & grow with me.
We’re doing the work our ancestors prayed for🤍
