Kelly Feda Realtor

I have been a Realtor for 17+ years. Growing up in Greenwich, and remaining a resident, has only fueled my love and appreciation for stunning properties, builders creating new spaces/homes and investors visions/strategic financial planning. Pivotal/aggressive marketing, tactical pricing, as well as, good connections in the industry, are imperative in today's selling market. I enjoy all aspects of the Real Estate business, particularly negotiating for my clients. Assuring we close with plenty of equity on a purchase, and/or, profit after a sale. Challenges intrigue me, better yet, finding favorable solutions. Working hard by nature best describes my approach, earning The International President's Circle award and Sterling Society awards, continuously, along with the Multi-Million dollar Sales/Listing Club, Relocation Specialist and Global Luxury Specialist.
