KunFayaKun Wellness

KFK Wellness is an immersive wellness experience provider focusing on nervous system transformation.

The philosophy is rooted in an arabic phrase Haraka Baraka (Within movement - there is blessing).

KunFayaKun means “Be, and it is.” It speaks to the moment before manifestation. The space between intention and reality. The place where transformation begins.

Haraka Baraka is a principle of movement and blessing, within movement there is blessing. Life itself is movement - the rhythm of breath, the turning of the earth, the quiet flow of the body returning to balance.

Our health is our true wealth and needs to be seen as such in order to truly take care of ourselves through our daily choices.

I have a created a video series called Red Sulphur where i connect with other wellness practitioners along this journey and share their experience and knowledge.
