Welcome to KingKrocJointLock! 🐊
Proud dad to Finley, Joe, loving husband to Katie, and big bro to the best little brother, Brian. My amazing family—mom, dad, grandma, and grandpa—are my rock. RIP my other Grandma & Grandpa

In the grappling world, I’ve learned from legends, including my grandfather—The Man of a Thousand Holds & Dragon of the East. I’m a BJJ brown belt, Judo yellow belt, and lifelong wrestler. I coach and compete in BJJ, after retiring from MMA & kickboxing.

Off the mats, I’m swinging on the golf course, or watching Dragon Ball Z, WWE, and UFC!
