Hi, I’m Becky. Neuroqueer yoga practitioner. Neurodiversity advocate. Neurodivergent space-holder and bridge-builder. Moss-petter, nature-lover. I'm on a mission to embrace our neurodiverse universe by sharing the practice of yoga, so we all can know the joy of being our true Self.

Yoga, when presented truthfully, is inherently affirming of all forms of diversity by bringing us into connection with our wholeness, differences and all.Whether or not you identify as neurodivergent, your nervous system is unique, and your needs deserve to be supported, both on and off the yoga mat!
