KnuMe Fitness

Welcome to KnuMe Fitness 🧘🏽‍♀️ Rebirth of Oneself.

I’m a Certified Personal Trainer and retired U.S. Army veteran helping adults 30+ stay active, build strength, improve mobility, and keep moving through real-life challenges.

Sore muscles, old injuries, joint pain, retirement, busy schedules, or autoimmune challenges do not mean your fitness journey has to stop. Sometimes you just need to modify, adjust, and keep going.

Here you’ll find low-impact workouts, strength training, core work, mobility, home and gym routines, exercise modifications, and motivation to help you stay consistent.

You do not have to train like you did in your 20s.
Start where you are. Move at your pace. Build from there.
