Koby Rickertsen - Land Broker

My name is Koby Rickertsen, Founding Partner, CEO, and Managing Broker of Ironhorse Land Company, a multi-state brokerage specializing in farm, ranch, recreational, and development land across the Midwest and Great Plains.

I’m not just a land agent, I’m your land connection. With deep agricultural roots, real-world experience, and the Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation, I understand the details that make land valuable, and how to position it to bring top-dollar results.

I’m also the host of The American Land Seller Podcast, where I interview landowners, investors, and top industry experts to share real insights on land markets, marketing, and ownership.

Whether you’re selling a family farm, buying hunting ground, expanding a ranch, or evaluating development potential, my team and I are committed to delivering the Iron Standard, expertise, strategy, and service you can trust.
