This is a channel of spontaneous expressions of transformative creativity. As a practice, I have been working with my voice in order to learn to hear myself. I sing all the parts, play all the instruments, etc. Some are more polished than others, and, like sumi-e ink painting, it takes courage to respect and share each expression 'as it is.'

This began as part of my work in the Three Doors academy program (https://the3doors.org/), after I had quit composing music. Through Three Doors, I learned to hear myself, create from spaciousness, and how to rest.

I hope it will benefit you. May you hear your own voice. To hear oneself, to embrace what you hear, is to heal oneself.
