Moving to Savannah GA with Kristin Piccione

Hi, I’m Kristin — a Coastal Georgia Realtor and U.S. Army veteran.

On this channel I share real home tours, neighborhood guides, and honest insight into what it’s actually like to live, buy, and invest around Savannah and the Georgia coast.

I work with many military and relocation families moving to the area near Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield, and I love helping people understand the pros, cons, and realities of each community.

If you’re thinking about moving to Savannah, Richmond Hill, Pooler, or anywhere along Coastal Georgia, this channel will help you make smarter, more confident decisions.

New tours, local insights, and real estate advice every week.
