Kunta Content | Indie African Game Studio

Kunta Content is an indie African game studio building games — including mobile titles — that are authentically rooted in African mythology, history, and culture. Every asset — characters, environments, sound, story — is built from scratch, not licensed or generic, because cultural accuracy is a philosophy, not a limitation.

Our flagship project, HIRU, a 3D action-adventure game, is currently in its world-building stage and being documented publicly as it comes together. It's part of a broader slate of games we're developing.

Beyond our own titles, we're building toward a bigger vision: making our custom-built African assets available to other developers on the continent, so more African stories can be told in games.

Follow Kunta Content to see how an indie African studio builds games — and a game industry — from the ground up.
