The Culture of the Garden and the Kitchen

Hi, I'm Salvatore, a great passion for the countryside and for cooking has been born in me for some time now.
I will post a new video every Saturday morning at 10.00.
As far as the countryside is concerned, I'm lucky enough to have a vegetable garden available and my father's experience to learn from (grandfather Gigino); as for cooking, I found old notebooks with tasty recipes that I want to share.
The channel deals with the cultivation, consumption and traditions of countryside products. Some products will then be preserved or cooked according to traditional methods. The channel will also take care of presenting these recipes as they are made for me and my family.
