La Keisha Leoa

Welcome to my Youtube Channel!! If you haven't subscribed yet, I invite you to join me on this musical love journey. I am from Detroit, MI and grew up in a small community called "Delray". I would describe Delray as the land of the forgotten people, and I am proud to have come from there. My performance music genres Jazz, Traditional R&B, Gospel, Big Band, Classical Opera, Latin, Reggae & Soul. The stage has been my comfort zone since I was a little girl, whether solo, background or featured with various artists, acting in stage plays, motivational speaker for youth, choreographer, and being a long-time member of Award-winning Reggae band Roots Vibrations as Lead/Background vocalist. Leoa (lay-oh-ah) is Portuguese for Lioness. This Lioness is on a mission spreading love, peace, and unity. If you already know me, you are automatically in my love channel. If this is your first time joining in, well let's enjoy this precious gift of life together in the power of music. Blessings!!
