Lara Loves Yoga

Hi, I am Lara and I love to bring you closer to Yoga, with all its benefits, science and practices behind it. Yoga changed my life, my mind, my body and my spirit and it can and will change you aswell.
By exploring our personal, physical and spiritual capabilities, we learn to acknowledge our potentials and limitations and therefor how to face each situation with more clarity. By creating a connection with our environment and the people around us, by knowing where we belong and being engaged with it, we built a better personal identity, thus becoming easier to create the roots and inner stability needed for the personal, spiritual and material growth. My vision is to promote unity and harmony between body and spirit, as well as providing a way to connect to others. Namasté
