I’m a Mediterranean scientist in my 30s, originally from Cyprus, who decided to start ice hockey from absolute zero. No skating background, no hockey culture, just curiosity and a willingness to learn.

On this channel, I share my journey learning hockey as an adult, including beginner struggles, confidence building tips, honest gear unboxings and first impressions, and what it’s really like to start something new later in life.

I also vlog my experiences around hockey across the UK and Europe, from different rinks to different countries, always through the lens of a beginner learning as she goes.

My goal is to make hockey feel welcoming, realistic and possible, especially if you’ve ever thought you were “too late” to start.
