I joined David Lloyds Sunderland in February 2026 because I wanted to take up Racquet Sports. 

This means I am taking up Tennis at the ripe old age of 45 years old and 10 months… and realised something… most tennis content is made by people who’ve been playing since they were kids or are too good to be relatable for people just starting out …. people this channel is different.

I’m documenting the real journey of starting tennis later in life — going from complete beginner to hopefully becoming a solid club player or whatever standard I can get too.
