LeFournildeSebastien

Bonjour! I'm Sébastien Roturier, an artisan baker and pastry chef. In 2007 I started my French bakery in Amsterdam with my Dutch wife Susan. Now, we have 3 shops (Hilversum, Amstelveen and Amsterdam).
I work on liquid sourdough, Tradition française and Respectus panis methods. No mixes, no improvers.
In pastry, I make a traditional French range of fruit tarts, cakes, choux pastry and macarons.
My viennoiserie is homemade and also based on liquid sourdough.
The three shops are known for the quality of my products.
If you are a baker or pastry chef, passionate about this beautiful trade, do not hesitate to send your CV to my email info@lefournil.nl
