LetCompliance

LetCompliance is landlord software for the UK that runs the whole let from one login. It advertises your property, takes applications, books viewings and orders tenant referencing, then moves your tenant in with an e-signed tenancy agreement. Rent comes in by Direct Debit with no commission, and late payments can be chased for you. Tenants get a free portal with no password for repairs, rent and documents.

LetCompliance is recognised by HMRC for Making Tax Digital for UK property income. On every paid plan it sends your quarterly updates to HMRC, reads receipts and bank statements into your income and expenses, and prepares your SA105 and Section 24 figures, with a read-only link for your accountant. Insights show each property's value, equity and yield, and certificates, deposits and licences are tracked with reminders before anything is due.

Plans from £7.99 a month, with a 14-day trial and no card needed.
