Let's grow happiness one plant at a time

Hello and welcome! I’m Erika – a certified Permaculture Designer, a creative garden nerd and someone who finds happiness in the soil. 👩🏻‍🌾🌻

Here I share my journey of growing my own food in zone 4 in Sweden – with inspiration from nature, permaculture and the seasons. You’ll find videos about vegetables, berries, herbs, flowers, seeds, garden design, self-sufficiency, slow living, recipes, DIY projects, art and simple life in the garden.

I love experimenting, learning and sharing what works (and what doesn’t!), and I hope this channel can be a calm and inspiring place for anyone who wants to grow a more connected and sustainable life.
