Library House

Welcome! We're the Greenes, a couple of empty nesters creating a joyful and sustainable life together at our little suburban home in the Pacific Northwest. Our 1/3 acre property is known in the neighborhood as the Library House, because of our prominent (and well-stocked) Little Free Library, which you'll see from time to time in our videos. Marie is a knitwear designer and founder of Olive Knits®. She's also the author of six published books and the founder of Knit Camp®. Scott is a retired nurse, former painting contractor, woodworker, and artist. We've been married over 30 years and have three grown sons, who share our love of all things creative. Together, we're gardening, composting, making cider, baking, growing edible mushrooms, woodworking, knitting, crafting and so much more! We're always finding ways to be creative and sustainable, and we're sharing the ups and downs of our adventures here on our Library House channel.
