Licensed To Rule: Prophetic Intercession Ministry

Thank you for subscribing to my channel Licensed to Rule Prophetic Intercession Ministry. This ministry is structured to equip and train Intercessory prophets and Intercessors.

My name is Prophet Sebrena Lowe and I am a Shamar Prophet who has an undeniable prophetic and apostolic grace upon my life. In addition to having a powerful mantle of intercession upon my life, Licensed to Rule Prophetic Intercession Ministry was birthed. I am anointed and highly skilled in spiritual warfare, deliverance, inner healing and prophetic intercession. My extensive deliverance training came by way of Vision Life Ministry founded by Dr. Henry Malone. I desire is to see those in bondage not just set free from demonic strongholds but walking in complete wholeness.

In addition, Prophet Sebrena is a powerful worship leader and has trained and developed others to lead worship as well.

I have been married for 21 years to Seer Michael Lowe and we have four beautiful children and one grandchild.
