Life with Sashe Janell

Hey, I’m Sashe..... I lost 40 pounds in 5 months at 37, and I'm documenting everything that comes next: the gym, the food, and five years of honest Sisterlocks truths. New videos every Wednesday and Sunday.

Around here, grown women have range. One week it's leg day and what I actually eat. The next it's what nobody tells you about Sisterlocks. Both come with opinions.

This channel is for Brownies with real jobs, real schedules, and zero interest in making fitness their entire personality.
