Lisa Powell Yoga

I’m Lisa Powell and I’ve been teaching yoga and meditation since 2001. My passion is to empower, uplift and inspire my students using the tools of yoga. My yoga classes are always themed around a topic that leads to a more reflective experience and will include yoga postures, breathing, meditation and relaxation.

I LOVE yoga and travel and host yoga retreats in awesome places around the world.
