Living Enviado with Steve Schirmer (Podcast +)

I’m Steve Schirmer—host of the Living Enviado Podcast (and YouTube) and Managing Director of Enviado LLC. I’m a global traveler and nonprofit leader whose work regularly takes me across continents. I’m a proud (and displaced) Texan, a former Asia resident, and actively engaged in global ministry. I’m also grateful for a cross-cultural marriage and family that continually shapes how I see the world.

“Enviado” is Spanish for “Sent”—a word that defines both my calling and mission. I believe God created each person with purpose. As a disciple of Christ, I live as one who is sent—called to reflect Jesus as salt and light in diverse and often challenging places. My journey hasn’t been conventional, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

This platform is an extension of that calling. Here, I share conversations, field stories, and reflections on what it means to live sent in the beauty and tension of a complex world—wherever God leads.
