John Atkinson is Living Life After Diagnosis

In August 2025, I was diagnosed with a brain tumour. Since then, a lot has happened in life. Lots of people have told me that I’m dealing with my diagnoses and changes to my life really well; a few said I should share what I’m doing as it could help others to deal with their diagnoses. This is my attempt to do just that.
If you’re also living with a tumour, cancer or any ailment that’s changed your life, I hope my suggestions help you. If they do, please tell me: it will make what’s going on in my head mean something. Also, if you’re working through your issues doing something you think could help me, please tell me: right now, I could use all the help I can get.
