Calm Chaos AuDHD + Midlife

Welcome to my new channel, Calm Chaos | Navigating AuDHD + Midlife

I’m Jonesy: 50+ and late-identified 2e Autistic with ADHD (AuDHD) in the summer of 2026.

This channel is where I’m re-learning me. It’s an open space for anyone figuring out how to regulate, embrace, and rediscover who they are after decades of masking and shrinking themselves. Here, I'm working through my traits and accommodations, tending to my nervous system, and navigating middle age and a long-term marriage as a neurodivergent woman.

More than just a video journal, this space helps me process all the changes my life is going through. Through weekly vlogs, live streams, and video diaries, I share my diagnosis journey and what unmasking actually looks like day to day.

Some of it will land, some of it won’t. I’m figuring it out as I go.

Thanks for joining me!
