The Love and Light Method with Liz

You’ve spent years showing up for everyone else. Somewhere along the way, did you lose touch with yourself?

Welcome to The Love & Light Method. I’m Liz, a certified life and success coach, mentor, world traveler, poet, and author of "It Wasn’t Supposed to Be Easy: The Journey to Living a Life of Passion and Purpose."

I earned my coaching certification through Jay Shetty’s school and completed my associate’s degree in psychology while navigating serious health challenges.

My method brings together psychology, philosophy, coaching, mentoring, and lived experience. Through travel, writing, lupus, a kidney transplant, and life-threatening setbacks, I keep learning, and sharing what helps me move forward.

Here, you’ll find honest stories, practical mindset tools, and reflections to help you reconnect with yourself, build self-belief, and live with passion and purpose.

Subscribe for encouragement, growth, and a little light, with room for hard days and laughter.

Love & Light, Liz 💛
