Hi, I’m Vicky, A Registered Nurse and Certified Health Coach. I specialise in supporting people affected by cancer. You might be wondering how to boost your immune system, sustain your energy, or improve your sleep while navigating treatment. These factors can make a significant difference in your well-being, and I’m here to help.

After treatment, rebuilding your strength and regaining a sense of normality can feel empowering—but knowing where to start can be overwhelming. That’s where I come in.
