Loving Light Stories & Healing

Rhian Gwen is a writer, storyteller, headteacher and mother who creates gentle, meaningful books exploring grief, healing, nature and belonging. Her work is shaped by her own experience of loss and by a deep belief in the healing power of connection—to the Earth, to one another and to the stories carried by the land.
She is passionate about helping children and families speak openly about grief, nurturing curiosity and imagination, and keeping the myths and legends of Wales alive for a new generation. Through her books, Rhian invites young readers to explore difficult feelings, reconnect with the natural world and wonder about the ancient stories hidden within the landscapes around them.
At the heart of everything she creates is a simple belief: some stories should never be lost.
