Luna Mar Yoga

Welcome, beautiful soul 🌙 I’m Sinead — a practicing yogi of 11 years, practitioner before teacher — always. I came to discover yoga after struggling with chronic back pain for 6 years, countless doctor’s appointments, and endless scans—nothing truly worked until I found yoga. What began as a physical remedy soon became a spiritual anchor.

Through trusting the ancient science of yoga, I learned how to regulate my nervous system, find deep internal balance, and align with life both on and off the mat. It’s why I swear by this practice—it changed everything for me.

Here, I share heart-led Ashtanga and Vinyasa flows (with Mandala flows on the horizon), along with breathwork, meditations, retreat vlogs, conscious travel, and tips for living consciously and soulfully on this Earth.

This space is open to all levels, even if you're just here to breathe and be. Come as you are — let’s journey inward and rise together in sacred flow ✨ Subscribe & flow with me!
