​منصة حقوقية يقودها أصحاب الأراضي المتضررون من مشاريع ماروتا سيتي (Marota City) وباسيليا سيتي (Basilia City) المرتبطة بالمرسوم التشريعي رقم 66 لعام 2012 في دمشق. تهدف القناة إلى توثيق آثار المرسوم 66 على حقوق الملكية والتهجير القسري، والمطالبة بوقف المشاريع واسترداد حقوق الملاك وفق الدستور السوري والمعايير الدولية. كما تحذر القناة من المخاطر القانونية للاستثمار في أراضٍ متنازع عليها أو مغتصبة.
