Maura Charles, Keep it Human

Keep it Human is a human movement disguised as a consultancy. While others sell risk frameworks and compliance checklists, we build the human orchestration layer AI can't supply — designing the rules of engagement so your people and your AI know exactly where human judgment stands, and why it matters.

This channel is where we make that case: keynotes, talks, and conversations on where humans must stay in charge as AI reshapes how organizations work. Expect sharp takes on decision authority, the Moral Debt that quietly drains good teams, and the practical frameworks — Operating Constitutions — that keep human wisdom at the center.

For leaders who know something's off but can't quite name it.
