Mr. Mayur Salve started his entrepreneurial journey at just 17, driven by ambition and a passion for self-growth. Beginning with two years in the MLM industry, he built a strong foundation in sales, leadership, and people development.

He worked with Landmark Group – as a Sales Executive, earning 4X High Sales Achievement Awards, before stepping into entrepreneurship in 2014 with his first venture, Nirmal Chemical Industries. Today, he successfully runs three companies across different sectors.

In 2023, he received the City Excellence Award He also consults 500+ MSMEs, helping them grow with systems, strategy, and clarity.

Along with business, he deeply values discipline and service. A Vipassana meditator for 10+ years.

As a Faculty Member at MCED, he has trained 10,000+ people, and has personally read 500+ books on self-growth. With an MBA and 12+ years of experience, he now leads Business Ka Doctor, transforming struggling businesses into successful, scalable enterprises.
