I’m Megan Foret, LCSW, MCAP, EMDR-trained therapist, and a passionate advocate for vulnerable populations affected by trauma, addiction, and identity-based oppression. Inspired by Dr. Brian Weiss, I integrate EMDR and trauma-informed hypnotherapy to rewire the brain and reconnect the soul. A former pastor-turned-client once asked me, “What’s the theme of the Bible?” Then answered: “The majority is always wrong.” That one sentence changed everything. I began to see how most systems condition us to conform before we ever develop the ability to question. My wife calls these “strongholds” — beliefs passed down so early, we confuse them for truth. I’m here to challenge that. To walk beside you. To help you become who you were meant to be — not who the world told you to be. Because trauma changes physiology. Beliefs shape biology. And when you change how you see the world, the world begins to change. Let’s rise together.
