Melody Over 40

Welcome! This channel is a down-to-earth look at life after 40. I share everyday life in Denmark, travel and honest conversations about married life and friendships. 🫖

This space is for women over 40 who want to enjoy life at a gentler pace.
Here you can get some company while you navigate this time of your life. These videos are perfect to have in the background while you fold laundry, work or rest.

My name is Melody. I’m from Panama and now live in Denmark. I’m a physician who retired early for health reasons. I’m learning to enjoy life with these new circumstances and I’d love to bring you along for life’s adventures, big and small.

Subscribe for weekly videos plus occasional live streams. You are so welcome to come along. 😊
