Here you'll find all of our recorded sessions from 2025 and 2026, a peer-led programme supporting local residents on their journey to quit smoking or improve health, diet and wellbeing, covering everything from breathwork and nutrition to yoga, hypnosis, and more.

We're the Melville Community Group, based in Torquay. We're all about bringing residents together, sharing what's available locally, and helping make our community the best it can be.
